www.ejotherm.com – the new platform for approved ETICS anchors by EJOT EJOT, the fastening specialist for External Thermal Insulation and Composite Systems has established a new internet platform specially for its ejotherm anchors. At www.ejotherm.com or .de visitors will find information around the European approved product range of the ejotherm generation. The new website presents numerous animations and films as well as installation guidelines and technical data. In addition, all current approvals and leaflets are available for download. Through animations and pictures the patented EJOT STR-Principle is explained: by this principle the cap anchors ejotherm STR U for concrete and masonry and ejotherm STR H for wood and metal sheets are countersunk into the insulation easily and quickly. They are covered with an insulating cap afterwards. Thus a homogenous surface is obtained – without milling or levelling out. Both anchors are available in XXL lengths for insulation of up to 360 mm (ejotherm STR U) and 260 mm (ejotherm STR H) respectively.
The telescope-effect of the youngest child of the ejotherm family is shown in detail. The telescope anchor ejotherm NTK U manages to obtain an easy and clean move-in of the plate even with a hammer-in anchor with plastic nail. The common risks of ordinary anchors with plastic nail are avoided: the breaking of the nail or an insufficient anchorage. ejotherm NTK U can make use of its telescope effect up to a length of 230 mm (insulation up to 180 mm).
The universal hammer-in anchor ejotherm NT U has a solid steel nail and therefore can bear very high loads for an extra amount of safety. The plastic-moulded head reduces thermal bridges. ejotherm NT U is available for insulation of up to 260 mm.
